FITNESS CHALLENGE #3
STEP-IT-UP 

Join us for another interactive challenge FREE for our members. Jump in at any time and walk at your own pace. Every 1,500 steps you take equals one tile. Make your way around our gameboard decked with some of Indianapolis' well known landmarks. Track your daily progress on a log sheet filed next to the board. Prizes will be awarded so keep on walkin'! Register at the JCC Fitness Desk. Challege runs through Sept 30.

Note: You do not have to physically walk to these places for the challenge--but you cerntainly can.

There are roughly 1,500 steps in the average person's mile. Each mile that a person walks burns about 100 calories.
