  Jim Fronczek 
  Jim has both Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Butler
  University and an undergraduate degree from Auburn
  Community College. He received his Personal Training
  certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE)
  and has over 30 years of teaching experience.

  Karen Gardner
  Karen has a BS in Physical Education and an MS 
  in Guidance and Counseling. Her certifications include the
  American Council of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Personal 
  Trainer and in CPR. Karen’s goal is to help all populations
  achieve a fit lifestyle and beat the obesity epidemic in the
  US today. Karen welcomes children through older adults.

  Andre Grimes
  Andre has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from
  Indiana University. He ran track for Indiana University for 
  four years and later coached Indiana University sprinters. He
  has experience in rehabilitation therapy for the senior
  population. He welcomes clients of all ages and is
  enthusiastic about training as well as helping clients
  achieve their goals.

  Lesley Herron 
  Lesley is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE)
  as a Personal Trainer and has over 12 years of experience in
  weight training and fitness. Lesley welcomes individuals 
  regardless of age or fitness levels who are motivated to
  make positive, long-term changes in their lives through
  fitness.

Sean Jones
Sean graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Personal Fitness Training. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with six years of training experience working with everything from weight loss to sports performance to general fitness. "Everyone has his own unique goals and needs when it comes to fitness and should be treated that way."

  Maria Kleiman 
  Maria has an RN as well as her Master of Science in
  Nursing. Maria has been in the fitness field for over 
  20 years.
  Her certifications include: 
  AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Fitness Consultant, 
  IDEA member and is
 TRX Suspension Certified Maria's
  personal mission statement is "I am committed to 
changing my clients lives by providing them with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support and motivation that will allow them to explore their own fitness potential for a more healthy and fit lifestyle."

  Eldad Malka 
  Eldad is an ACE certified personal trainer with more than
  six years of experience. His goal is to help each client find
  his or her own way to a more active and healthy life.
  Originally from Israel, Eldad believes fitness is for everyone
  regardless of age, time constraints or ability.

Alex Barrett
Alex graduated from Ball State with a BS in Exercise Science. He also has certifications from the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Alex loves working with people of all different levels of fitness. He believes that there is no better time than now to take control of your health!

  Mary "Mimi" Weerts
  "In addition to being an ACE certified personal trainer, I
   have a degree as a registered nurse, a minor in nutrition
   plus have a BSM. I have extensive experience in
   rehabilitation and case management, psychiatric drug
   research and surgery. I am a 200 YRT (yoga registered
   teacher), and have my Yoga Fit, Pilates, Cycle and Silver
   Sneakers Certifications. I am an accomplished athlete who enjoys cross training as well as a parent and grandparent!"
