Curt and Katrina’s life was turned upside down when a young, healthy Curt suffered a severe stroke that paralyzed his right side.

“It was one of those awful phone calls you never expect,” said Katrina. “The JCC was huge for Curt’s rehabilitation. Everyone reached out to help…people from administration, from swimming, from the work-out area. They said, ‘What can we do for you?’ It was amazing to have everybody be so willing to help us get back on our feet.”

Curt has made great strides in his rehabilitation and continues to meet with a trainer twice a week. “For our family, the JCC has everything in one place. It was amazing. It still is amazing,” says Katrina. The JCC is able to assist people like Curt and Katrina because it is so much more than a fitness center.

The JCC relies on membership dues, program fees and your support to help transform lives.

You and millions of others have made the JCC a home away from home for nearly 100 years. Be a part of our next 100 years by making a gift today. We want to be here for you, your family and your neighbors in whatever way you need us most.

Employer Matching Gifts

Over 800 companies nationwide offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to support their favorite charities. Most match dollar for dollar, while others may triple a gift!

You don't have to be an employee! In addition to matching donations made by employees, some companies match donations made by their retired employees and spouses of current, retired or deceased employees.

If your gift is eligible request a matching gift form from your employer's HR department  Send it, completed and signed, with your gift to the JCC at 6701 Hoover Road, Indianapolis, IN 46260. If you have questions about matching gifts or are unsure if your company has a matching gift benefit, contact Martha at ext. 2209.
