Walk down the corridor of the JCC’s Early Childhood department and what you’ll see and hear will attest to the success of our school. You’ll see children from backrounds as diverse as you can imagine busy playing with one another, listening to their teacher and singing together. You’re also likely to catch the sight of a child receiving a hug. It is in this warm and welcoming environment that our ECE students are encouraged to develop at their own pace with stimulating activities and values rooted in Jewish principles of social justice and respect for the uniqueness of all individuals.

In addition to classroom activities, all children swim, participate in games in the JCC gymnasiums, play in the outdoor playgrounds and join in song together. All ECE teachers are required to obtain CDA accreditation and to participate in a minimum of 12 hours of in-service training per school year.

Spaces remain in the pre-kindergarten and kindergarten room only. Please add your name to the wait list for all other age groups.
